I believe the Paks folder was the original way to load mods however here on Steam the mods can be placed in Documentsmy gamesrunic gamestorchlight 2mods folder and then the game launcher will give two red buttons, pressing the lower one will lead to a screen where the mods will show on the left side and they can be selected to show on the. Telekineticist is near Transmuter so if anyone uses shared stash to keep gems it may save a lot of running around town.
Unfortunately it is not possible to make separate shared stash. There's also NPC called Telekineticist that just mirrors your shared stash. New Stashes and Telekineticist mod gives you three more stashes, including one by the transmuter so you don't have to run back and forth getting gems and whatnot from your existing stash.
